Payment Information:
We accept PayPal and Visa/MasterCard/AMEX/DISCOVER. If you order the wrong part or change your mind for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Shipping Information:
Most items are eligible for pickup. Please contact us to schedule a pick up. Most orders will ship out within 2 to 7 business day after we receive cleared payment and vehicle information. Orders received after 12:30pm Est. on Fridays through Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. For non-48 States such as Hawaii, Virgin Islands, APO's, International, etc., please contact us by e-mail first to find out about shipping availability and cost.

Warranty & Returns:
All items we sell come with a Warranty against defects, see item details (above) for more information. Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. All return packages must have an RMA # on the outside of the shipping box. ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN SHIPPING BOX (PLEASE DO NOT PUT LABELS OR WRITE ON OR DESTROY ITEM'S ORIGINAL FACTORY PACKAGING. Please contact us for an RMA #. Returns must come back in original product packaging. All non-electric items are returnable within 60 days of original purchase less shipping cost and must be in brand new, resalable condition. Free shipping items that are returned will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the matter. New items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.

Part Fitment:
The buyer is responsible to verify this item is the correct fit for their vehicle. Do not modify any part - If the part does not fit properly, please contact us immediately. Any part that is modified by the buyer without authorization will automatically void any warranty or return policy.

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect 5% sales tax for all orders delivered in Virginia. To be exempted you must contact us via e-mail before purchase to be able to fax your "tax exemption" certificate.
